We offer safe and supportive Pilates classes for people of all fitness levels. Mary uses her extensive physiotherapy experience to adapt and adjust exercises as needed for each individual. With a maximum of 11 people per class, there is plenty of time for Mary to provide specialised support. The classes are term time only and booked in a block of 6 or 7.

You are welcome to try a taster class before committing to the term.

The cost is £10 per class, booked as a block. If you are interested in joining mid-term please contact Mary.

1:1 Pilates sessions 

If you are seeking a more personalised approach, 1:1 sessions could be the perfect fit for you.  This is a good option for those who require more specialist support, for example, if you have a long-term condition or are recovering from injury.

1:1 or 2:1 sessions are in the comfort of your home, distance dependent.

The cost is £60
