I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2008. Since then I have gained a wealth of experience across a number of areas within the NHS, before specialising in neurophysiotherapy. I have loved practising Pilates for many years and completed Pilates teacher training and certification with APPI Health Group in 2017. As a physiotherapist passionate about supporting people to lead healthy lives, I use my expertise to augment my Pilates teachings. I live in Combe Down with my husband and three young children.
